Haul Y Bore

Haul y Bore is a luxury holiday cottage in Mid Wales with a swim spa hot tub, located just outside of Aberystwyth in Llanilar. With 4 bedrooms, Haul y Bore can sleep 9 guests in total and is the perfect holiday cottage for those looking to spend some time away and relax.

Facilities

This property has four bedrooms in total – a kingsize double bedroom which is located at the front of the house. To the rear of the house there is a triple bedroom and a twin bedroom all located on the top floor. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower ground floor which is a standard double bedroom. It is possible for an extra single bed (or travel cot) in the king-size double bedroom. Each bedroom has wardrobes and bedside cabinets and are all flooded with natural light. There is a shared family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Haul y Bore boasts a great sized kitchen and dining area which is open plan, and leads through to the lounge where you will find a flat screen television and access to the balcony overlooking the rear garden.

The kitchen has all modern appliances to include a gas hob and oven, American fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. We provide you with all of the cooking utensils and crockery that you might need during your stay.

As you make your way through the property to the lower ground level you will find a pool room, the forth bedroom and a comfortably sized sun room providing access to the large grounds at the rear of the property and to the covered hot tub area.

The swim spa offers great health benefits and are great for cardiovascular workouts including swimming, resistance exercises, water jogging and aqua aerobics. Although the swim spa can be used as a large hot tub, with fluorescent lights and jets, there is also one swim lane which can be used for exercising during your stay with us.

At the bottom of the grounds there is a small river running by and an abundance of wildlife around. There is a fence before the river so you won’t have to worry about children falling in! We have also provided a gas BBQ at the rear of the property and plenty of outdoor seating and tables for you to enjoy the long summer nights.

The grounds around Haul y Bore are large, with a great lawn area to the front of the property and spacious grounds to the rear – making this property perfect for families who enjoy outdoor space.
